Doug is Chief Executive Officer of i3 Pharmaceuticals, LLC. Previously, in 2004, he Co-Founded and held the position of President at Synerx Pharma, LLC, a specialty generic pharmaceutical company which was sold to Mylan Laboratories in 2011. Over his 30+ year career, he has held senior executive positions in Sourcing, New Product Development/Commercialization, Manufacturing and Business Development at leading pharmaceutical companies including Lederle Labs (now Pfizer), Bristol Myers Squibb, Novartis/Sandoz and Sanofi – Aventis. Mr. Hamilton holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology as well as an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Prior to i3, he was a member and the Senior Vice President of Operations at Sigmapharm Laboratories, LLC. Ram worked at Pfizer as a Scientist, Process Development and worked for URL Pharma, Inc. (formerly URL/Mutual) as a formulation scientist and at Core Pharma as a Scientist, Analytical Research and Development. He has 20+ years of diversified experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including product and process development, analytical testing, quality assurance, process validation, commercial manufacturing, new product launch and engineering aspects of facilities. Ram, as a team member and individually, developed submitted, validated and launched several unique generic and paragraph IV drug products using his scientific, technical and quality oriented expertise. Ram holds a M.S. degree in Industrial Pharmacy from the Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy of Long Island University and a B.S. degree in Pharmacy from Mangalore University, India.

Prior to i3, Sunil was a member and the Senior Vice President of Technology Development at Sigmapharm Laboratories, LLC and worked for URL Pharma, Inc. (formerly URL/Mutual) as the Manager of Technology Development, R&D. He has 20+ years of experience in Research and Development and Regulatory Affairs and has successfully developed, submitted, validated and launched several unique generic and paragraph IV drug products. Sunil also heads the quality and compliance departments of the company. Sunil holds a M.S. degree in Industrial Pharmacy from the Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy of Long Island University and a B.S. degree in Pharmacy from Mangalore University, India.

Prior to i3, Ishari was a member and the Senior Vice President of Product Development at Sigmapharm Laboratories, LLC. She worked for Kali Laboratories (Presently Par Pharmaceuticals) and URL Pharma, Inc. (formerly URL/Mutual) as the Manager of Product Development, R&D. She has 20+ years of experience in Research and Development and has successfully developed, submitted, validated and launched several unique generic and paragraph IV drug products. Ishari is also the Executive HR Lead of the company. Ishari holds a M.S. degree in Industrial Pharmacy from the Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy of Long Island University and a B.S. degree in Pharmacy from University of Sind, Pakistan.

Pete is Chief Commercial Officer of i3 Pharmaceuticals, LLC. Pete has a twenty year history in start-ups and high-growth generic companies. After over a decade at Merck & Co. in engineering, production and marketing roles, he joined Impax Laboratories and grew to Vice President, Generic Sales and Marketing. In 2009, he joined Mission Pharmacal Company to start-up and launch their generic subsidiary, BioComp Pharma. Mr. Valko holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
